The following Terms and Conditions are for users' protection and benefit and govern your use of the website and services. They form an agreement between 5D INTERNATIONAL LTD and its members. Please read the following carefully.
By accessing and using the Website you are indicating that you understand and accept these Terms. You may not access or use the Website if you do not accept the Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms please leave the Website immediately.
We periodically update, modify or amend these Terms (and any additional rules or policies). All such revisions, upon being posted on the Website shall take effect immediately provided that where such revisions are deemed to result in a material change to the Terms, such changes will be notified in advance and a date provided as to when they shall come into effect. Any such update, amendment or modifications will be published on the Website.
Players are responsible for reviewing these rules and policies on a regular basis. Continued use of the Website following any such posting shall constitute acceptance of the revisions or changes. We recommend that you print out or save a copy of these terms. The date first written above shall reflect the date upon which these Terms were last updated. Players may, upon request, be provided with earlier versions of these Terms.
When accepting and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions on the registration page, you consent that Sportbet may send you regularly information and updates of our products, services, promotions and other important notifications and marketing material via the following channels of communication: regular mail, e-mail, text messages and phone calls. If you wish to withdraw your consent or otherwise indicate that you prefer specific means of communication, please contact Customer Service to indicate your preference. If you wish to opt out from receiving marketing material and information about Sportbet' offers and promotions, you may do so by modifying your Notifications, under the “My Account” section.
By registering and depositing funds, you indicate full acceptance and understanding of all Sportsbook rules, and any other of our featured products' rules that might be available to you in the future. You also agree that you shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose. These Terms apply to:

By accessing, registering or using our Website, registering and opening an Account with us and for participating in and using our Services and using our Software, you confirm, warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal minimum age in your country of residence (whichever is higher); and that you have the legal capacity to take full responsibility for your own actions and can enter into a binding agreement with us.
If you are not in capacity to form a binding contract under the laws of the country, state or jurisdiction in which you are resident, or from which you intend to access the Website or use the Services, you may not access our services and you must leave the Website immediately.
Internet gambling may be entirely or partially restricted in some jurisdictions (see Restricted Territories below). If internet gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction of residence, you are not authorized to complete your registration or open an account. We accept no responsibility for internet gambling from residents in jurisdictions where it is illegal.

If you choose to register an Account, you will be required to provide your full name, address, date of birth, email address and telephone number. If your identity cannot be validated, you may be required to submit additional information or documentation to fulfill our KYC Policy and Protocol. Failing to provide valid and legitimate documents could lead to account closure and the forfeiture of any/all winnings and bonuses.
We have improved our customers’ account Security Settings in search of creating a safer entertainment environment. Please make sure you read thoroughly all the security layers your account is enabled with to fight Cybercriminals data breaches and phishing attacks. It is the customer’s full responsibility to activate all available security settings for their account and to ensure they remain updated as long as the account holds funds.
At registry, a unique Account ID is assigned to each customer. To access your account, you must use a combination of the Account ID or registered email address and the encrypted password chosen at the time of the account creation. Members are solely responsible for the safety of their Account ID, password, account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. If you believe your login information has been compromised, change your password immediately or contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance.
Should a member give away, neglect, share or lose his or her account ID and/or password, or has deactivated the Device-based Authentication Service, Sportbet will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.
In order to receive live assistance through phone, email or Live Help, you must provide your account ID and 4-digit PIN to the Customer Service representative. Keep in mind the account/4-digit PIN combination must be provided if the information you are requesting is specific to your account only. You can find more information about your 4-digit PIN on our Security Settings section.
You are permitted to open one (1) Account only. Only one account is allowed per shared computer. Opening multiple accounts is not permitted. Should we have reasonable suspicions that any customer(s) has opened multiple accounts with us, we reserve the right to freeze that customer’s accounts or close the accounts, informing the account holder that it will be closed. If monies are held on the account, including original deposits these funds will be transferred to a charity nominated by the Gambling Supervision Commission. Customers shall also be liable to us for damages and costs incurred as a result of any fraud.We reserve the right to suspend, disable or terminate your Account at any time in our sole discretion.
Unless otherwise required or directed by the Governing Supervision Commission in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations, all decisions regarding the opening, maintenance and closing of Accounts rests with us and any decisions we take regarding any aspect of the Software, or any aspect of an Account is final. Management reserves the right to allow or deny electronic funding methods or any gaming features offered in the Website when verification irregularities/difficulties arise or issues with offshore establishments are reported to be related to your account (regardless if these reports are valid or invalid) or other evidence suggests it.
An account will be deemed 'Dormant' or 'Abandoned' if no deposit, withdrawal, or bet/wager has been placed for a period of six (6) months, regardless if funds remain in the account. After 6 months of inactivity, the access to your account will be blocked for security purposes. Customers interested in regaining access to their account after being blocked, must go through complete KYC and prove ownership prior having the account re-enabled.
After an account has remained dormant for 12 months, the system will automatically initiate a monthly administrative charge of $10.00 until the account balance reaches a $0. In case the account’s available funds are less than $10.00 at the time the administrative charge starts being applied, the balance will be zeroed out. Funds charged due to administrative fees cannot be claimed back by the player at the time of doing an account access recovery.
Accounts that do not register a valid deposit within 90 days of registration, will also be blocked and unblocked only after funds have been deposited to the account.
We may at any time investigate your Account to ensure compliance with these Terms and to ensure that no improper or illegal activity is or has taken place, including without limitation fraudulent activity or activity that is contemplated by our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy and Protocol.
Sportbet prohibits and actively prevents money laundering and any activity that could facilitate money laundering or the funding of terrorist and/or criminal activities. We strive to comply with all applicable requirements under the Isle of Man legislation in which Sportbet operates, to prevent any kind of criminal activity to occur through our platform.
Sportbet operates, it is authorized, and regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. Listed on the license holders list of such governing body. Under the license conditions issued, Sportbet is required to prevent its systems from being used for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.
Sportbet is fully committed to be constantly vigilant to prevent money laundering in order to minimize and manage its legal risk, regulatory risk and reputational risk. It is also committed to its social duty to prevent serious crime and not to allow its systems to be abused in promotion of these crimes. Our customers are not permitted to act on behalf of another person or third party; to deposit money originating from criminal activity; to deposit money through a credit card which a customer is not authorized to use, or knowingly receiving money from such card or in any other manner colluding with a third party to so do; or to use in any manner whatsoever their player account or that of third parties for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
In the event that it is determined that your Account has been involved in any of the above, we shall be entitled to use any and all money to the credit of your Account to meet any costs, expenses or liabilities reasonably incurred in conducting such investigation. We will refund to your Account any monies if the inquiry is subsequently concluded in your favor.
Player funds must be withdrawn via the same processing method the account was funded through. Net winnings may be cashed out through other available methods as long as the customer is able to prove ownership of the receiving account.
We will refrain from engaging in any business relationship or from processing any transaction when the initial KYC process is not approved, or when the customer’s due diligence does not fulfill our requirements.
All Company's policies, procedures and internal controls are designed to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations relevant to the Company's operations and will be evaluated and updated as required to ensure appropriate policies, procedures and internal controls are in place.
All customers who choose to register an account with Sportbet.com will be required to provide full name, exact address, date of birth, email address and telephone number. By submitting this information, you acknowledge the KYC process and agree to submit any documentation we may request to support the validity of the data on file for your account.

We reserve the right to use third party verification services to authenticate your account information and identity, and to conduct any necessary checks relating to potential fraud or to ensure compliance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy and Protocol, and you expressly acknowledge and agree that we may confirm the accuracy of any information you submit against global watch-lists, or through software of worldwide fraud detection and negative databases. Without limiting the generality of the forging, you expressly acknowledge and agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks and personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
Our KYC protocols include the collection of the following data every time a registered user accesses the website:

As part of the KYC procedure, we reserve the right to request for a phone verification call from the number on file at any time and make it a requirement of any procedure when deemed necessary and without prior notice. Failing to provide valid and legitimate information at registration could lead to account closure and the forfeiture of any/all winnings and bonuses.
The website’s KYC procedures are part of the initial customer registration process and function on an ongoing basis. As a user’s risk profile can change over time, we reserve the right to carry out KYC checks on re-activated players, player’s updated information, and players in which last documentation provided has already expired.
To deposit funds in your Account you must supply information as required, which will depend upon the method of payment that you select for making the deposit and your personal risk profile.
If you choose to place any wagers, your money will be deposited with us and held by us or the third party provider of the service, and pending to the outcome of the relevant event, or game.
We reserve the right to place a limit on the amount of funds that you will be able to deposit at any time at a level that we may determine at our sole discretion. You may request that this deposit limit be modified by contacting our Customer Services Team but it will be raised at our discretion.
Neither we nor any of our service providers shall be under any obligation to accept your Deposit Request and we shall notify you if your Deposit Request is rejected. If your Deposit Request is accepted, we shall ensure that funds equal to those specified in your Deposit Request are credited to your Account within a reasonable period of time.
Any deposits accepted are required to complete at least a ONE time rollover of the deposited amount. Rollover or play through amounts are based on each wager’s true amount, which is the lesser amount between the risk and the win for each selection. We reserve the right to reverse fees covered on deposits, without prior notice, if little or no play is made between deposits and redemptions (rollover not met), or minimum deposit amounts are not respected.
If any deposit is charged back, or is otherwise uncollectible for any reason, any and all winnings generated from play or bets conducted in such Account from the time of the applicable deposit until its reversal or un-collectability shall be invalidated, forfeited and deducted from your Account balance. In addition, the amount of the initial failed deposit will be invalidated, forfeited and deducted from the Account balance. In the event that, following such deductions, your Account balance is in a negative balance, you expressly acknowledge and agree that such negative balance shall constitutes an incontestable debt payable by you to us, due to be paid immediately. You expressly acknowledge and agree that, in the event another account is created or found to be related to you, we are entitled to deduct any owed balances and reserve the right to permanently close the account. A non-payment of such debt allows us to assign such debt to one or more collections agencies, who shall have the legal right to pursue such assigned debt using any or all available legal remedies. Note that following the assignment of such debt to a collections agency, the resolution of such debt and any legal processes associated therewith are not within our control and must be negotiated or resolved directly with such collections agency.
Under no circumstances a player will be extended any type of credit. You may not play or participate in any Activities unless and until you have deposited sufficient funds into your Account. We do not allow Accounts to become overdrawn.
All players must have an eligible account in order to receive a reward. New accounts are defaulted to our #1 reward plan, the Reduced Juice Rewards. If bonuses, cash-backs, or any other of our reward programs is more of your liking, contact Customer Service via Live Help to check your eligibility on switching reward programs.
All accounts must have correct contact information listed in their account on the date(s) of all deposits that could be eligible for a bonus. We reserve the right to request for a phone verification call from the number on file and to make it a mandatory requirement in order to grant any player reward to a player.
Management reserves the right to request for full KYC prior granting a bonus to a player when deemed necessary. Failing to provide valid and legitimate documents could lead to account closure and the forfeiture of any/all winnings and bonuses.
Reward programs, casino and horseracing bonuses, seasonal or temporary promotions and any other type of free money offer, are intended for recreational bettors only. Professional players or players considered, in our sole discretion, to be abusing the bonus system by any means, may have bonuses revoked and be subject to further sanctions. Bonus abuse may be defined as, but not restricted to, clients cashing out for the purpose of redepositing in new accounts, depositing on top of an existing balance, players syndicates working together to receive higher bonuses, or referring new accounts that they are using themselves, among others.
Sanctions for bonus abusers may be in the form of loss of rewards and promotions privileges altogether for the offending Account as well as any linked Accounts. Bonuses will be removed from all accounts deemed to be from one entity.
Payment methods with a fee of $80 or less will be processed free of charge for eligible players if the accounts has not recorded payouts in the previous 30 days. The advantage of free/discounted payouts will be permanently revoked for bonus abusers. This advantage will also be permanently revoked for accounts that have violated or transgressed our Terms and Conditions or the policies related to any feature or benefit offered in our sites (sportsbook, casinos, poker, racebooks, funding methods, etc).
We reserve the right to restrict eligibility for special offers, promotions and bonuses when necessary. This includes but is not limited to placing geographic restrictions on bonus eligibility or the way a reward is a applied to any or all players.
To withdraw funds from your Account you will need to request a withdrawal from the Cashier page of your Account. You may request a withdrawal of any amount up to the full balance of your Account. If we are satisfied that you have complied with the Terms, all AML and fraud-screening requirements, rollover requirements, and all rules relating to the Activities in your account and any related bonuses, the payout shall be made to you. In case more information is required to approve a payment from your account, government valid identification, personal photo with ID and utility bill might be requested. Payouts will only be authorized to the Account once you have supplied the required information.
The manner in which a withdrawal is processed may be restricted, depending on the means by which the initial deposit(s) was/were made to the applicable Account. Without limiting the foregoing, we reserve the right to conclude your withdrawal request by an alternative method or process at our discretion. Unless otherwise stated in the particular rules applicable to individual Activities, Games, Bonus promotions or reward programs, any deposit or bonus funds that are credited to your Account (whether as a result of a bonus, prize, promotion, or any other reason) could be subject to specific play through requirements.
In order to switch Reward Programs after redemptions have been processed from a player account, all withdrawn funds must be covered or exceeded with deposits. Management reserves the right to deny a Reward Program switch for any player at any time.
All wagers are final once accepted by Sportbet and confirmed by the player. Members are responsible for checking all of their sports bets, and horse wagers in the review bets section. No Internet wager claims will be accepted without a ticket number.
All actions on the Website must be executed by players via the supplied user interface. We will take any measures necessary to ensure that all robot software or programs designed to simulate real player play are detected and prevented from accessing the Website. Any account associated with such activity will be subject to review and possible termination. If, in our reasonable discretion, we determine that an Account is employing such software, the Account will be disabled and all Account balances (including deposits and any winnings) shall be forfeited.
If we have reasonable cause to believe that criminal or other suspicious activities are occurring through one or more Accounts (including, without limitation, a suspicion of attempted money-laundering or fraud), we expressly reserve the right to close such Account(s) and/or report such activity to the Gambling Supervision Commission and/or such other applicable regulatory bodies or services. All Account balances (including deposits and any winnings) shall be forfeited.
If, in our reasonable discretion, we determine that a player has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity, including, but not limited to providing false or misleading information, chip dumping, professional card counting, pool manipulation attempts in horseracing, or by making bets, wagers or casino play through a third party or on behalf of a third party, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or deny a player access to their Account. In such event, all Account balances, including deposits and any winnings, shall be forfeited and we reserve the right to disclose information, including identity of the player, to applicable parties including but not limited to; the Gambling Supervision Commission, banks, credit card companies and/or any person or entity that has the legal right to such information, and/or taking legal action against such player.
A player or group of players working together in any fashion (also known as a "syndicate"), to receive either higher winnings or bonuses or otherwise, are prohibited. Any redundant Accounts will be consolidated into one Account and an administration fee or negative outstanding balances may be charged, and payouts refused for each redundant Account in our sole discretion. All wagering transactions in redundant Accounts are subject to reversal in our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to forfeit any wager placed in an attempt to defraud the house of any bonus monies, whether a player does this on their own or in collusion with other players or other sportsbooks.
If we determine that an Account sought to, or actually did exploit any hardware or software error, malfunction, "bug" or other vulnerability, we shall immediately close such Account and all balances, including deposits and any winnings, will be immediately forfeited. In such event, we expressly reserve the right to initiate civil legal proceedings and report such activities to authorities in support of criminal investigations and charge, as appropriate.
Immediately upon discovery, wagers placed on an event with an obvious erroneous line, will be cancelled or voided. It is our sole discretion regarding the partial/complete voiding of parlays, teasers, and IF wagers when a play includes a selection with a line error. Line errors include, but are not limited to, backwards lines, price errors; typos, misspellings or incorrect wordings that affect the essence of the line intended; incorrect team/players listed in match ups, etc.
If a wager with an erroneous line is not voided before the game/play begins, Management reserves the right to remedy the odds to a fair market price which would have been available at the time the wager was placed. This price remedy may be applied during or after an event. Only the odds will be corrected on an erroneous line; the risk amount, applicable spread and total will always remain unchanged. Repeat offenders will not be tolerated and could end up being banned from playing on the website.
Any wagering matchup listed with erroneous wording that makes it possible for neither option to win, will be automatically cancelled when discovered. Matchup lines in which both options can be winners simultaneously will be cancelled as well.
At managerial discretion, correlated plays will be voided or split into separate straight wagers with the risk amount divided equally. Plays on correlated events include: multiple selections on the same team/player in the same event, multiple selections against the same team/player in the same event, or any other combination where one event directly affects further selections in the play, including Live In-Play wagers.
Start dates and times displayed on our website are a reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure and verify that such details are correct prior placing their wager(s).
Most events are graded immediately upon completion. Other events require extensive research and language translation to determine a final score. Use Live Help to report any score of an event you need to have graded. Please include a link or source of the score so we can process your wager(s) immediately. Please note we only use official sites for grading purposes.
If a customer believes there has been an error on the grade/scoring of any of the tickets posted in his/her account, the player must submit the request of revision with our Customer Service Staff via phone Service, chat or email within the same week or a maximum of 7 days of the conclusion of the event in question. Claims submitted after that period will not be considered.
Sportbet reserves the right to correct grading errors at any time. If an account reaches a negative balance due to the re-grade of an event, all in-progress pending wagers will stand and be honored. Since winning wagers in this instance will be honored, immediate settlement of losing wagers is also expected.
We reserve the right to reverse the incorrect application of funds into an account due to human or system/software error. Funds not intended to be credited into an account, will be reverted upon discovery.
Customers are responsible for settling all negative balances, regardless of the reason for it becoming negative. “Ignorance”, “I wouldn’t have made that last bet if I knew my balance would have been negative“, or “It’s not my fault the wager was graded wrong“, will not be accepted as excuses for non-settlement of negative balances. Any account with evidence of being related to another account with a negative balance, could be charged for the amount owed and have high risk deposit methods blocked.
Sportbet reserves the right to void any bets that are not in progress, retroactively from the last wager entered, until a player balance is no longer negative. Players will be notified via e-mail prior to an event starting of any such decisions.
We reserve the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of hardware/software error, malfunction or human error. In the event of any such malfunction or error, all wagers will be voided.
Sports wagers can be placed online in the amount of $0.50 and up to $5,000. All payout charts for all exotic wagers as parlays, multichance parlays, progressive parlays, teasers, multichance teasers, progressive parlays, pleasers, multichance NFL pleasers, and progressive pleasers information is available in the betting pages at the time of placing a wager. It is the customer responsibility to review the payout charts for these wager types prior placing an exotic bet.
Casino betting amounts allowed are defined per game and range from $1.00 to $500. The betting minimum and maximum amounts as well as the pay tables for each casino game is found in their game rules pages. By playing the casino games available on the website, the customer acknowledges all payout charts pertaining to the games played in the account.
The maximum payout amount for any type of sports or casino wager is $250,000.

At the start of a gaming session, you will have the opportunity to set a voluntary time and/or spend for that session. Time outs can be requested for periods of:
- 24 hours;
- One week;
- One month;
- Such other period as you may reasonably request, up to a maximum of 6 weeks.
If you want to take a short break from betting and gaming with us, you can do so by taking a Time-Out for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
Once you begin your Time-Out, you will not be able to use your account for betting and gaming, although you will still be able to login to withdraw any remaining balance. It will not be possible to reactivate your account until your chosen Time-Out period has ended.

We provide a self-exclusion facility to help customers who feel that they have developed a gambling problem. Upon request, we will exclude the customer from play on the website by suspending their account for periods of 6 months, permanently, or for any other period specified by the customer. Self-exclusion can be made by changing your account settings under My Account. . We may retain personal data as necessary to implement the facility as effectively as possible, including for example name, address, and credit/debit card details.
We will take all reasonable steps to prevent excluded customers from reactivating their account or opening a new account whilst within the period of exclusion. During the period of exclusion, the customer must not attempt to reopen their account, or try to open a new account. We shall not be held liable if the customer circumvents our self-exclusion procedures and continues to use the services, or if the customer continues to gamble with any third party.
We will take all reasonable steps to prevent any marketing material being sent to a self-excluded customer. We will take steps to remove the name and details of a self-excluded individual from any marketing databases used by us, or any group company, (or otherwise flag that person as an individual to whom marketing material must not be sent), within two days of receiving the completed self-exclusion notification.
We will close the customer account of an individual who has self-excluded and return any funds held in the customer account. It is not sufficient to prevent an individual from withdrawing funds from their customer account whilst still accepting wagers from them.

The Self Exclusion Procedure.
